		<description>It&#039;s an outstanding point  (and a great picture)!  This is part 1 of 3 and I&#039;m going to speak a lot to how we can pull that leadership team down to the planet and help explain the technology, the potential, and the dangers of diving into social media.

Rather than discourage a company from diving in unless the leadership team was involved, my real concern is a company diving in with ONLY the marketing department involved.
